Client Stories
"Branch Masters gets an A+ on their service for a large tree removal project for me! About 30 trees were cut down, stumps were ground, and mulch was made from the limbs and wood I wanted to save was trimmed up perfectly. They did exactly what I wanted them to do and were a pleasure to work with. They did the job quickly and left the areas where they worked spotless. I highly recommend."

B.M., Customer
"Bradley was able to trim up a huge tree in my backyard, cutting out quite a bit of dead in a very timely and efficient manner. He also noticed another tree in my front yard that needed some attention and it made a huge difference in my curb appeal! So glad he noticed! I had a little sprinkler repair that he also took care of really quickly. The other guys in town were going to charge almost $1000!! Excellent customer service, good communication, affordable quality work! Highly recommend!"

Q
01.
How do I know if my tree is sick?
Early leaf drop can signal serious tree health issues. Common symptoms include small, sparse, or discolored foliage, wilting and curling leaves, and large dead branches appearing in the upper canopy. In advanced cases, lesions or cankers may develop—leading to tree decline and, eventually, death if left untreated.
Branch Masters specializes in diagnosing these problems early and prescribing the right solutions to protect your trees before damage becomes irreversible.
02.
What can I do to save my tree?
Notice Tree Decline? Act Quickly!
2. If you see any of the symptoms above, call Bradley at Branch Masters right away. When you reach out, make note of any important timelines—such as when the decline began, nearby construction projects, changes in watering patterns, or herbicide applications. Every detail helps us understand the full story and ensures we provide the most accurate diagnosis and treatment for your trees.
03.
How much does it cost to treat my trees?
No two projects are the same and costs can vary considerably. For this reason, Branch Masters offers free estimates so call us at 806-292-2009 and we can take a look. We work hard to keep prices reasonable for our customers.
04.
What does it cost to trim a tree?
At Branch Masters, project costs vary by size, but our commitment to fair pricing never changes. We work hard to earn your trust with honest rates and dependable service. Call Bradley today for a free quote—no job is too small or too large for our team.
05.
What if my irrigation controller is on but no water is present in that zone?
If your irrigation controller shows a zone is running but no water is coming out, the issue is usually with the valve, wiring or water supply. A zone not running could also indicate controller issues, pipe damage, clogged nozzles, or underground leaks, which aren’t obvious until inspected. The best advice is: call Branch Masters for an onsite evaluation—because every system is unique, and hands‑on testing is the only way to pinpoint the exact cause.
06.
After my irrigation system stops running, why does water continue to slowly leak out of one or two heads in that zone?
Water leaking from sprinkler heads after the system shuts off is usually caused by either low‑head drainage (gravity pulling leftover water to the lowest sprinkler in the zone) or a leaking valve that doesn’t fully close. “If water leaks for a few minutes and stops, it’s gravity draining the pipes. If it leaks constantly, the valve needs repair.” This simple distinction helps homeowners understand when professional service is required.
